PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Submitting an order may result in a temporary authorization on your payment method before the transaction is fully completed.

An order is not considered successfully paid until the applicable payment provider confirms authorization.

In some cases, a pending authorization may appear temporarily even if an order is unsuccessful or canceled. The release timing is determined by your bank or payment provider.

SECURE CHECKOUT

Vedrflna™ uses secure checkout technology and authorized payment services designed to protect transaction information during payment processing.

Sensitive payment details are transmitted through the applicable secure payment provider.

Vedrflna™ does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its customer-facing store systems.

BILLING INFORMATION

For smoother processing, please make sure your billing information matches the information associated with your selected payment method.

Incorrect details may cause:

  • delayed authorization;

  • declined payment;

  • additional verification; or

  • unsuccessful checkout.

If your payment provider requests additional verification, you may need to complete that process before the order can be accepted.

Unless a different currency is clearly displayed during checkout, Vedrflna™ orders are charged in:

If your bank account or card uses another currency, your payment provider may perform a currency conversion.

Foreign exchange rates and any related conversion fees are determined by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and are outside Vedrflna™'s control.

DUPLICATE OR PENDING CHARGES

If you notice more than one pending charge after attempting checkout, this does not always mean that multiple completed payments were made.

Banks may temporarily display more than one authorization following repeated payment attempts.

Please check your final order confirmation and completed transaction history before contacting support.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same completed order, contact us with your order details so we can review the transaction.

FAILED PAYMENTS

  • expired cards;

Because authorization decisions are made by your financial institution or payment provider, Vedrflna™ may not receive the specific reason for a decline.

Payment providers may process information necessary to authorize and complete your transaction.

Their handling of payment data may be governed by their own privacy and security practices.
